Orange Rooms is the original independently owned bar & cocktail lounge in the heart of Southampton. Entertaining crowds for over 20 years with its retro-inspired decor, diverse live music acts and relaxed atmosphere from day to night, there really is no other bar like it in the South! Come rain or shine, mid-week blues or weekend highs, you’re sure of a good time at Orange Rooms.
Orange Rooms is made up of a number of unique spaces all contributing to the retro-led mood. Mile High is for those in the know, and is Southampton’s most luxurious and sought-after lounge bar. Tiki Lounge is our very own slice of paradise providing exotic retro vibes. The newest addition is our ski-lodge style space, Off Piste, an alpine-inspired bar featuring a custom-built snow chalet!

In the many years the bar’s been open, it’s played host to an array of quality DJ’s and live acts such as David Rodigan MBE, Big Brovaz, Stars of Ru Pauls Drag Race UK, Mr. Scruff, Russell Brand, Fat Freddy’s drop, Grandmaster Flash, De La Soul, Cuban Brothers, Krafty Kuts, Uni-Bombers, Gilles Peterson and many more, so keep your eyes peeled for future events.
